Located in the northeast quadrant of Highway 99 and Avenue 17 in the City of Madera, Madera Town Center will consist of approximately 800,000 sq. ft. of new retail. The project offers over 2,000 feet of linear frontage on Highway 99, will be constructed in two phases, and is scheduled for a 2009 opening.
