Completed in 2002 as the second phase of Encinitas Ranch Town Center, the Plaza at Encinitas Ranch is a project that serves the needs of its community. The rapid growth of ths North San Diego County community resulted in high demand for home improvement and interior design services. Our development of the Expo Design Center (a Home Depot company) filled that need for service and adds to the quality of life for local residents.
